

Bob Blandford is Chief Executive Officer for United Land Services.
He is responsible for all executive leadership, strategic planning, and public relations for our organization, and serves as the main liaison between our board of directors and corporate operations. Prior to his current role, he served as owner and operator of United Landscapes, a mainstay in Northeast Florida serving customers such as HOA, CDD, commercial developers as well as many national home builders. His organization helped to lay the foundation for United Land Services as it exists today.
Bob brings over 25 years landscaping industry experience to our organization and is committed to the best customer experience. He carries professional certifications in General Contracting, Pest Control, Agriculture, Irrigation, and Business Strategy & Planning.
Ray Leach is Chief Operating Officer for United Land Services.
He serves on our executive leadership team and handles daily field strategy for the organization and across our many branch locations to include compliance, finances, planning, and business development. Prior to his current role, he served as owner and operator of Southern Scapes, another mainstay in Northeast Florida focusing on landscape renovation, residential property care, and commercial design. His organization merged with United Landscapes to help lay the foundation for United Land Services as it exists today.
Ray brings over 30 years landscaping industry experience to our organization and is the driving force behind our commitment to quality and customer service. He carries professional certifications in Irrigation, Business Strategy & Planning, and specializes in organizational development and acquisitions.
Donnie Cope is Vice President of Operations for United Land Services.
He serves on our executive leadership team and works as an extension of the President’s office in carrying out strategic goals for the organization. He collaborates with all our Northeast Florida branches to ensure our services are performed at the highest level by ensuring best practices are shared and followed. Prior to his current role, he served as Operations Manager for ULS and previously acted as owner and operator of Florida Turf Grass and Outdoor Concepts, servicing Northeast Florida with sod installation, grading, and design services.
Donnie brings over 7 years’ landscaping industry experience to our organization. He holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from St. John’s Community College and specializes in tactical business leadership, change management, and operational strategy.
Bryan Lee is the Vice President of Human Resources for United Land Services.
He serves on the executive leadership team and is responsible for our human capital strategy and all areas of human resources within the organization. Prior to joining ULS, Bryan held top executive roles within human resources in both the transportation/logistics and manufacturing sectors.
Bryan has over 20 years of human resources and organizational development experience in both private and publicly traded companies with a focus on business strategy and cultural change. He holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Jacksonville University.
Stephen Pinczewski is Senior Manager, Special Projects at United Land Services.
Although his focus is on the Accounts Receivable and Collections side, he also aids in field operations, as well as working with the CEO on day-to-day matters.
Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in the landscaping industry, which makes him uniquely qualified to oversee multiple facets of the organization. Stephen started his career with ULS on a maintenance crew and has advanced through various divisions to where he is today.
Michael Pennington is Senior Manager, Nursery for United Land Services.
Michael manages all the procurement, storage, and distribution of landscaping materials for ULS. He has been in the landscaping industry for over 25 years. Prior to his current role, Michael had oversight of the lawn maintenance division then moved to leading our production install department. He has been an integral part of finding efficiencies in the day-to-day operations, companywide.
Travis Easterling is Commercial Landscape Manager.
Travis oversees projects that regularly average from $300,000 or greater. He manages a team of 30 employees with various projects spread across the state of Florida. He is known for his versatility and providing excellent customer service. His wealth of knowledge stems from being in the landscaping industry for the last 20 years. Travis holds a CDL Certification Class A license and a Backflow Certification.
Jason Lamb is Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for United Land Services.
He serves on our executive leadership team. Jason entered the landscape industry as the CFO for Somerset Landscape in Chandler, AZ in 2011. At the time the business was doing $6M in annual revenue. It grew organically and with acquisitions in Las Vegas and Dallas, it grew to $35M in annual revenue when it was sold in 2018 to Yellowstone Landscape. Jason worked for Yellowstone Landscape for two years as a Regional Controller. He joined United Land Services in 2020 as the Director of Finance and is now responsible for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for each of the business units and acquisitions. Jason holds a Finance degree and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Melissa Bullard is Vice President of Estimating for United Land Services.
Melissa joined the ULS team as a Project Estimator and is now an invaluable part of the ULS leadership team. She brings over 15 years of experience in Landscape & Irrigation construction to the organization, including a high level of expertise in estimating.
Melissa has worked on a variety of projects that include multi-family developments, townhomes and condominiums, office parks, shopping centers, and dining establishments throughout her career. Melissa ensures project outcomes are successfully met within budget through her oversight of all estimates and bid packages.
Ben Grace is Director, Fleet and Safety at United Land Services.
Ben holds a B.S. in Criminology from Purdue University and an MBA from Liberty University. He also is OSHA 30 and DOT compliance certified. He joined the ULS team as a business developer and quickly found his home in the Fleet and Safety Department. As a 25-year veteran of the landscaping industry, Ben has worked in every role the industry has to offer. As a Military Veteran, he brings a disciplined background and knowledge to the organization that keeps us safe and our equipment functional.
Tom Enright is Director of M&A and Client Relations for United Land Services.
Tom Enright joined the ULS team in 2021, with over 18 years Landscape Industry experience. He has spent the last decade in the Central Florida Market working in the Commercial Landscape Maintenance arena. Prior to joining ULS, Tom held a variety of roles including, Account Manager and Branch Manager with a largescale maintenance company. He also spent 8 years in the Atlanta market, focused on overseeing large Landscape Installation projects ranging from $100K to $5M. As Director, Tom focuses on all aspects of the Maintenance Division. This includes job quality, customer service and satisfaction, safety, P&L management, process improvement across branches and new acquisition administration. Tom holds an Associate degree in Architectural Design and Construction Management from Seminole State College.
Greg Schulte is the Chief Financial Officer for United Land Services.
He serves on the executive leadership team and is responsible for the financial integrity and strategy of our company as well as assisting our CEO with coordination and communications with our board of directors and private equity sponsors. Prior to joining ULS, Greg held a number of financial leadership roles where he helped guide companies through substantial revenue and valuation growth, including multiple successful business exits.
Greg has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in both private and publicly traded companies with a focus on growth strategies, M&A, capitalization and process improvement. He is an Army veteran who served in the Kuwaiti Theatre of Operations in Operation Desert Storm. Greg is a CPA, holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA from New York University.
Jena Rodgers is the Director of Sales and Business Development for United Land Services.
She is responsible for all sales strategy, leadership, and execution for the organization. Jena possesses 20 years of sales/management experience and holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in the healthcare industry, along with an MBA concentrated in marketing and management.
Cecil Gester is the Director of Irrigation for United Land Services.
Cecil oversees all operations of United’s commercial and residential Irrigation in the Florida Region. He has over 30 years of experience in the irrigation and landscape industry. Cecil possesses multiple licenses in Irrigation, including Backflow Prevention. Prior to his current role, he was the owner and operator of Waterlink Irrigation and Landscape Services, Inc. for over 20 years.
