The Heathrow Master Association was founded in 1985 and is comprised of over 30 neighborhoods situated on approximately 2,300 acres along I-4 in Seminole County. Since 2019 United Land Services has been providing full-service landscape maintenance services for the Master Association. These areas include main thoroughfares, common areas, gated entrances, parks, community offices and retention ponds. ULS scope of services includes base maintenance mowing and detail services, a full agronomic plan tailored to site conditions, irrigation inspections and repairs, mulch and flower installation, and also full-service arbor care needs. We also provide full-service enhancement crews for installation projects. We install approximately 17,000 flowers annually, service roughly 70 acres of St Augustine turf with over 500 irrigation zones.
